Licensed independent claim adjusters are used to complete field investigations that may include site assessments, interviews, document collection, and any other work relevant to the claim. We maintain a roster of pre-approved law firms, all capable legal defense specialists, in the event of a claim that must proceed to litigation. Together our team is effectively positioned to address the challenge of liability and/or damage issues.
Expense Control
Our vendor agreements are designed to effectively manage hourly rates and billing practices during the life of the claim file. Policyholders receive the benefit of industry leading specialists in the adjusting and legal fields at reasonable rates. Controlling expenses is an important component of effective claims management.
